This website is a simple informational site and collects only the details you choose to share, including through the appointment-request form on our Contact page, which delivers your message to us by email using a third-party form-delivery service. We collect information only when you contact us directly, by phone, email, or in person, to ask a question or book an appointment. That may include your name, phone number, email address, and any health or treatment details you choose to share so we can plan your care safely.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard, temporary server logs for security and reliability. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and provide your treatments, keep accurate treatment records, and issue receipts you can submit to your insurer. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Health information
Any health information you share is treated as confidential and used only to provide safe, appropriate treatment. We do not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law.
How we protect and keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide care and to meet our professional, legal, and tax obligations, after which it is securely destroyed. We take reasonable steps to protect it against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
